The mobility demand process allows you to make your internal job change requests easier. Save time allowing your internal collaborators to make themselves a request via a public form. Automate the sending of notification emails. Oversee all your ongoing requests.

Simplify the management of the internal job change request. Gather them at one place and process them rapidly.   

Your internal collaborators can make a request directly via a public form which can be integrated to your intranet.  

Once the file on your process, you will be able to accept or refuse the internal job change request.  

  • An automatic email will be sent to your collaborator in case of refusal.  
  • In case of acceptance, contact your collaborator to propose him a first interview. You will have to indicate the date and hour of the next interview. An confirmation email will be automatically sent. 


Once the interview is finished, you will have two possibilities : 

  • Accept it : he will move on to the next step; 
  • Refuse it : the file will be archived.  In both case, the applicant will receive an email indicating him your decision. You will be able to personnalise this email.  

If the collaborator moves on to the next step, you will have ton contact him to plan a second interview. You will have to indicate the date and the location of the interview on the file. He will receive a confirmation email.  


At the end of the second interview, you will have two possibilities :

  •  Accept it : he will move on to the next step; 
  • Refuse it : the file will be archived.  In both case he will received an email indicating him your decision. You will be able to personnalise this email.

 At the end of the third interview, you will have two possibilities :

  •  Accept it : he will receive an email indicating that he has been accepted; 
  • Refuse it : an automated email will be sent, indicating the refusal.  


 In both case, the file will be archived.
